【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestocold-reducedcarbonsteelsheetofcommercialanddrawingqualities.Itissuitableforapplicationswherethesurfaceisofprimeimportance.Commercialqualitysheet(CR1)isintendedforgeneralfabricatingpurposeswheresheetisusedintheflatconditionorforbending,moderateforming,andweldingoperations.Itisproducedinthicknessesof0,36mmandthicker(commonlyproducedupto4mm)andinwidthsof600mmandover,incoilsandcutlengths.Drawingqualitysheet(CR2,CR3,CR4,CR5)isintendedfordrawingorsevereforming,includingwelding.Itisproducedinthicknessesof0,36mmandthicker(commonlyproducedupto4mm)andinwidthsof600mmandwider,incoilsandcutlengths.DrawingqualitysheetisfurnishedaccordingtoalltherequirementsofthisInternationalStandard,or,byagreementwhenordered,tofabricateanidentifiedpart,inwhichcase,themechanicalpropertyrequirementsdonotapply.Drawingqualitiesareidentifiedasfollows:CR2—DrawingqualityCR3—DeepdrawingqualityCR4—Deepdrawingqualityaluminumkilled(non-ageing)CR5—Extradeepdrawingquality(stabilizedinterstitialfree)Interstitialfreesteel(IFsteel)canbeappliedonordersofCR2,CR3andCR4,providedthatthecustomerisinformedofthesubstitutionandrelatedshippingdocumentsreflecttheactualmaterialshipped.Cold-reducedsheetlessthan600mmwidecanbeslitfromwidesheetandwillbeconsideredassheet
