【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportgivesanoverviewofharmonizedstandardswhichwillbeproposedtobedevelopedbyCEN/TC212WG5,“OtherPyrotechnicArticles”.Underthisexpression,itmustbeunderstood,areallpyrotechnicarticleswhicharenotdesignedandintendedforentertainmentpurposes(“fireworks”),forindoororoutdoorstageuse,includingfilmandtelevisionproductionsorsimilaruse(“theatricalpyrotechnicarticles”),andforautomotiveindustry(“pyrotechnicarticlesforvehicles”).ItalsogivestheinterpretationWG5expertshavemadeofsometerms,definitionsandrequirementsofDirective2007/23/ECinordertoassurefutureharmonizedstandardswillencompassallvarietiesof“otherpyrotechnicarticles”,whicharepresentlyplacedontheEuropeanmarket,inaconsistentwayandtakethebenefitofallthepracticalexperienceandusagesofthosearticlesintheMemberStates.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000forEMCemissionrequirementsappliestoelectricalandelectronicapparatusintendedforuseinindustrialenvironmentsasdescribedbelow.Emissionrequirementsinthefrequencyrange0Hzto400GHzarecovered.Nomeasurementneedstobeperformedatfrequencieswherenorequirementisspecified.ThisgenericEMCemissionstandardisapplicableifnorelevantdedicatedproductorproduct-familyEMCemissionstandardexists.Thisstandardappliestoaapparatusintendedtobeconnectedtoapowernetworksuppliedfromahighormediumvoltagetransformerdedicatedtothesupplyofaninstallationfeedingmanufacturingorsimilarplant,andintendedtooperateinorinproximitytoindustriallocations,asdescribedbelow.Thisstandardappliesalsotoapparatus,whichisbatteryoperatedandintendedtobeusedinindustriallocations.Theenvironmentsencompassedbythisstandardareindustrial,bothindoorandoutdoor.Industriallocationsareinadditioncharacterisedbytheexistenceofoneormoreofthefollowingexamples:-industrial,scientificandmedical(ISM)1))apparatus;-heavyinductiveorcapacitiveloadsthatarefrequentlyswitched;-highcurrentsandassociatedmagneticfields.Theobjectofthisstandardistodefinetheemissiontestrequirementsforapparatusdefinedinthescopeinrelationtocontinuousandtransient,conductedandradiateddisturbances.Theemissionrequirementshavebeenselectedsoastoensurethatdisturbancesgeneratedbyapparatusoperatingnormallyinindustriallocationsdonotexceedalevelthatcouldpreventotherapparatusfromoperatingasintended.Faultconditionsofapparatusarenottakenintoaccount.Notalldisturbancephenomenahavebeenincludedfortestingpurposesinthisstandardbutonlythoseconsideredasrelevantfortheequipmentcoveredbythisstandard.Theserequirementsrepresentessentialelectromagneticcompatibilityemissionrequirements.Requirementsarespecifiedforeachportconsidered.NOTE1Safelyconsiderationsarenotcoveredbythisstandard.NOTE2Inspecialcases,situationswillarisewherethelevelsspecifiedinthisstandardwillnotofferadequateprotection;forexamplewhereasensitivereceiverisusedincloseproximitytoanapparatus.Intheseinstances,specialmitigationmeasuresmayhavetobeemployed.
