【摘要】:Thisstandardprovidesguidanceonlevelsofimperfectionsinelectronandlaserbeamweldedjointsinaluminiumanditsalloys.Threelevelsaregiveninsuchawayastopermitapplicationforawiderangeofweldedfabrications.Thelevelsrefertoproductionqualityandnottothefitness-for-purposeoftheproductmanufactured.Thisstandardappliestoelectronandlaserbeamweldingof:-aluminiumanditsalloys;-alltypesofweldsweldedwithorwithoutadditionalfillerwire;-materialsequaltoorabove1mmthicknessforelectronandlaserbeamwelding.Whensignificantdeviationsfromthejointgeometriesanddimensionsstatedinthisstandardarepresentintheweldedproduct,itisnecessarytoevaluatetowhatextenttheprovisionsofthisstandardcanapply.NOTEForcircularwelds,alowerqualitylevele.g.,maybespecifiedforthefade-outzone.Metallurgicalaspects,e.g.grainsize,hardnessarenotcoveredbythisstandard.
