【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversatechniquefordeterminationoftheemittanceoftypicalmaterialsusingaportabledifferentialthermopileemissometer.Thepurposeofthetestmethodistoprovideacomparativemeansofquantifyingtheemittanceofopaque,highlythermallyconductivematerialsnearroomtemperatureasaparameterinevaluatingtemperatures,heatflows,andderivedthermalresistancesofmaterials.1.2ThistestmethoddoesnotsupplantTestMethodC835,whichisanabsolutemethodfordeterminationoftotalhemisphericalemittance,orTestMethodE408,whichincludestwocomparativemethodsfordeterminationoftotalnormalemittance.Becauseoftheuniqueconstructionoftheportableemissometer,itcanbecalibratedtomeasurethetotalhemisphericalemittance.ThisissupportedbycomparisonofemissometermeasurementswiththoseofTestMethodC835(1).1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62271appliestothree-poleoperatedunitsfordistributionsystemsthatarefunctionalassembliesofacircuit-switcherandcurrent-limitingfusesdesignedsoastobecapableof:–breaking,attheratedrecoveryvoltage,anyloadorfaultcurrentuptoandincludingtheratedshort-circuitbreakingcurrent;–making,attheratedvoltage,circuitstowhichtheratedshort-circuitbreakingcurrentapplies.Theyareintendedtobeusedforcircuitsorapplicationsrequiringonlyanormalmechanicalandelectricalendurancecapability.SuchapplicationscoverprotectionofHV/LVtransformersforinstance,butexcludedistributionlinesorcables,aswellasmotorcircuitsandcapacitorbankcircuits.Short-circuitconditionswithlowcurrents,uptothefusedcircuit-switcherratedtake-overcurrent,aredealtwithbysupplementarydevices(strikers,relays,etc.),properlyarranged,trippingthecircuit-switcher.Fusesareincorporatedinordertoensurethattheshort-circuitbreakingcapacityofthedeviceisabovethatofthecircuit-switcher.NOTE1Inthisstandardtheterm"fuse"isusedtodesignateeitherthefuseorthefuse-linkwherethegeneralmeaningofthetextdoesnotresultinambiguity.Thisstandardappliestofusedcircuit-switchersdesignedwithratedvoltagesabove1kVuptoandincluding52kVforuseonthree-phasealternatingcurrentsystemsofeither50Hzor60Hz.ComparisonwithotherexistingswitchingdevicesisprovidedinClause8.NOTE2Othercircuit-switchersexist;seereference[1]ofthebibliography.FusesarecoveredbyIEC60282-1.Earthingswitchesforminganintegralpartofacircuit-switcherarecoveredbyIEC62271-102.Installationinenclosure,ifany,iscoveredeitherbyIEC62271-200orbyIEC60466.
